Please retain this Warranty information for your records along with your Owner’s Guide

Warranty period:

All parts free from defects in material, workmanship and manufacturing for a period of 1 year from original date of retail purchase by the original end-user only if delivered to you in its original packing, new condition and from an authorized Solitude Headset reseller.  This headset must be used only in normal conditions.

Who is covered:

The warranty is to be extended to the original end-user only, either purchaser or person who has received this product as a gift.  This is not a transferrable warranty and will not be extended as such.

What is not covered:

This warranty does not cover a defect that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture, improper packing, lightning, power surges or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification.  This warranty is not applicable to headsets purchased from an unauthorized Solitude reseller.

What we will do:

We will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of charge.

What we will not do:

Pay shipping or transportation charges from you to us.

How to obtain Warranty Service:

1. Contact Solitude Design, LLC. for specific repair and shipping instructions which may include a Repair Authorization Number (RA#). 

2. Return your product with proof of purchase from an authorized Solitude dealer.

3. Be sure you properly pack your product and ship a method that is traceable and insurable.  Solitude Design, LLC.  will not be responsible for lost or damaged headsets shipped for warranty service.

Limitation on Liability:

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WRITTEN WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Notwithstanding the above, where applicable, if you qualify as a “consumer” under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act, then you may be entitled to any implied warranties allowed by law for the period of the express warranty as set forth below. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Other Conditions:

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country or state to state. This Limited Warranty is void if proof of purchase from an authorized dealer cannot be produced.

Your Limited Warranty rights are not diminished if you do not complete and return the product registration form or complete and submit the product registration form online at www.solitudeheadsets.com.

Warning:

Solitude Design, LLC recommends you listen at a moderate volume to avoid hearing damage and to never use while driving. We also suggest that you remove the batteries from the unit when not using for an extended period of time and to store the unit in a cool, dry place.
