WARRANTY REPAIR:

After your 30-day return period expires you are covered under the Limited Warranty of the headphone.

If you own a pair of our Plane Quiet or Solitude headphones and are in need of warranty repair, please fill out the form below to request a Repair Authorization number.

Please note, some of our headphones are considered obsolete and cannot be repaired.  If this is the case we are happy to offer you a generous offer of a one-time replacement on a new like pair of headphones.  We will need proof of purchase from your original pair to determine the best replacement for your type.  If you don't know your exact product type, call us and we will help you determine what headphone you currently have.
